The business graduate has been helping organizations for over 25 years to establish the structures and systems that are right for them with the involvement of their employees. As a trainer and facilitator, he creates spaces in which the participants can develop well and interact. He combines professional experience as a project manager in major international projects, manager at a financial service provider and department head in project management consulting with a large number of honorary responsibilities.
He ensures the implementation of local and regional cycles and uses the instruments of the circular economy and the common good economy to develop companies sustainably. Since 2020 he is co-founder of Circonnact to develop a regenerative circular economy, involving cities, regions and organizations in strong networks.

In my workshops I show how you can use the principles of agile and sustainable project management in the working world. My experience ranges from advising companies on how to improve their project management processes to training and coaching start-ups, SMEs and large corporations in Europe, Latin America, Asia and North America. I am inspired by cradle-to-cradle design, circular economy solutions, donut economy systems thinking and the economy for the common good.
