I live abroad, can I take the exam?
Yes. You can enrol if you live abroad. You will need to travel to Vienna to take the exam.
What are the differences between the levels?
Foundation: a professional certified on the fundamental concepts and principles of a management system.
Lead Auditor: in-depth information on how to manage the audit of a management system.
Lead Implementer: thorough information on establishing management programs.
Can I take an online training?
Yes. You can access a professional trainer through recorded online videos.
We encourage you to also join our study-group network and interact with other professionals preparing for the same certification exam.
How does the study group work?
We provide a safe virtual space for professionals to interact, share, study and get ready for the certification exam.
Where does the certification exam take place?
You can choose: online, or at our offices at Lindengasse 56, 1070 Vienna, Austria
What if I fail the exam?
You can retake the exam up to 3 times within one year of your first attempt.
Each retake costs 50 euros.
Can I access the course content?
You can receive a brochure with more information, including the course content structure and summary.

Can you deliver corporate or in-house training?
Yes. Our in-house delivery staff provide training to clients who prefer the convenience of working within their own surroundings.
